    Place frozen Pineapple Cake(s) on microwave-friendly plate(s) and heat in the microwave for 60 sec (medium temperature). Check that the cake is completely defrosted, and if necessary: reheat in 10-20 sec intervals until warmed through. Alternative: defrost in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15-25 min, or: defrost for several hours / overnight in the refrigerator. Serve the cakes (luke)warm or at room temperature as they are, or with a generous scoop of your favourite (plant-based) ice cream.

    Batter (80%): coconut milk; wheat flour (gluten); granulated sugar; organic coconut oil; vanilla sugar; vinegar (2%: natural vinegar with an acidity of 7% (evaporated alcohol)); sodium bicarbonate; spices; sea salt; baking powder (gluten). Pineapple topping (20%): pineapple (79%); vegetable margarine; brown candy sugar; fresh lime juice; spices; sea salt.
