    Say hellooo to our brand-new SPICED POTATO & SWEET PEA SAMOSAS! Think about them as XXL, Indian-inspired ovenhapjes. A comforting blanket of crushed potatoes and peas, amped up with layers of caramelised onion, ginger, garlic, a tonne of aromatic spices, a squeeze of lime for acidity, a touch of sweetness for balance… all wrapped into a divine, crunchy jacket of golden filo pastry.

    Sounds pretty out of this world, right?

    Well: it gets even better 😆 For the first time ever, we’ve also provided a dipping sauce. An epic, tangy, sweet and sour, authentic TAMARIND CHUTNEY that will lift all of that samosa flavour & crunch to an even higher level. Because 1+1=3, right!?

    Additional information

    SAMOSAS: Heat directly in the oven/airfryer from frozen. Not suitable for the microwave. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place desired number of samosas (on baking paper) on an oven rack & place in the middle of the hot oven. After 20 minutes, start checking whether the snacks are golden and hot throughout (but depending on the oven, this can take up to 30-40 minutes). Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

    TAMARIND CHUTNEY: Put the pot of chutney in the refrigerator a few hours in advance to thaw. If you need things to go a little faster: transfer chutney to a microwave-safe little bowl and heat on low for a few seconds. Stir and repeat until chutney is melted and at room temperature. Serve as a dip with the hot samosas (and with the main course if you have some leftover!)

    SAMOSAS: Filling (potato; onion; petit pois; rapeseed oil; mango chutney (sugar, mango, salt, acidity regulator (E260), spices); fresh coriander; fresh lime juice; fresh ginger; sea salt; fresh garlic; brown candy sugar; spices (contains mustard); fresh green chili pepper); filo pastry (wheat flour (gluten), corn starch, water, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate E202 (0.2%)); rapeseed oil; wheat flour (gluten); water; nigella seeds; sea salt.

    CHUTNEY: water; tamarind pulp; dates (dates, glucose syrup, preservative (E202)); cane sugar; spices; sea salt.

    Your Samosas & Chutney are a *perfect* starter or snack as they are, but of course we have some extra inspiration for you in case you’d like to take them to the next level:

    • Serve your samosas & chutney on a beautiful (wooden or metal?) plate/tray, surrounded by sprigs of fresh coriander and mint, as well as whole chillis and lime wedges for maximum Instagrammability.
