What´s in the box

Box contains four frozen Energy Bomb Bites (about 35g each after baking). Each bite is a satisfying, fibre-rich snack made with 100% plant-based, recognisable ingredients. No need to reheat, but can be enjoyed warm. Defrosts in about 2 hours in a snack box or on the go (or in just seconds in the microwave).

Founder´s take

Sometimes you just want a snack that actually does something for your body. Not a sugar bomb. Not an air-filled bar with claims you can’t pronounce. Just: something that feeds you and keeps you going. That’s what I was thinking of when I created these bites — for my own family and kids, my own lunchbox, and those crazy mornings when we just need to get everyone fed, dressed, packed and out the door.

These Energy Bomb Bites are my answer. Packed with fruit, veggies, grains, seeds and even pulses — yet somehow still kid-approved. With 12 (!) different plants and ±3g of fibre per portion, they support your gut health and microbiome - without any added sugars or ultra-processed nonsense. They're not sticky, not crumbly, and fit perfectly in a snack or lunch box - and in your backpack or handbag.

You can eat them cold straight from your lunchbox, or give them a quick zap in the microwave or airfryer for a warm treat. Either way: they’re the real deal. And finally, they’re here to provide nourishment and energy — for you, for your kids, for that 16:00 dip, or even during those never-ending night feeds.
