🍥 Creamy Artichoke Twirls *NEW*:
We say this Ovenhapje is new, but... It's actually the OG 2019 ORIGINAL Ovenhapje: from the one and only year that our menu wasn't fully plantbased yet!
Ohhh its oozing, chewy, creamy, cheesy filling bursting with artichoke, (cream) cheese, lemon zest and plenty of fresh herbs was haunting us in our dreams...
So this year we just HAD to recreate our plantbased twist! The protagonists (artichoke! cheesiness! creaminess! tang! puff pastry!) remain the same, but ohhh boy: do special plantbased twists like capers, tahini and nutritional yeast add an extra layer of oomph!
🍕Pizza Twists:
Layers of chewy puff pastry, tangy, rich tomato sauce, fresh basil pesto and @violife vegan cheese under a sprinkle of oregano. We challenge you to stop eating these. (P.S.: kids simply ADORE this one!)
🌭Mini Cranberry Sausage Rolls:
When we put our savoury Neatloaf Burger filling with together with sweet cranberry compote and placed them inside a little bed of puff pastry, a long-standing favourite was born.

What could be more festive and Christmassy than creamy mushrooms, celeriac and truffle!? Right: creamy mushrooms, celeriac and truffle wrapped together into puff pastry. An adorable pillow of ovenhapjes-heaven.
