A rich, glossy, perfectly balanced festive ragout featuring Le Seitanist's fantastic, artisanal celeriac seitan, accompanied by mushrooms, carrots, lllots of red wine and wintery flavours. Just like Lily's mama Marijke makes it for Christmas every year - but in our extra-special Solid Stash plant-based version.

Instructions for preparation:
Remove packaging & place Ragout in a saucepan/microwave-proof dish. Add 2-3 tbsp water & heat gently on the stovetop with lid (medium temp, 12-18 min when frozen; 5-7 min when already thawed) or in the microwave (6-12 min for frozen; 3-4 min for thawed), stirring gently often, until contents are boiling hot through.
The sauce may become too thick during the heating process. If this happens: that's ok! Just reduce the heat and keep stirring gently & adding small additional dashes of water until the sauce has the desired thickness and is piping hot throughout.
For a full meal for two people: serve the Ragout with your own festive side dishes, like potato croquettes, braised endives, roasted apples, etc!
How to store your Solid Stash
Please make sure your Solid Stash goes straight into the freezer without delay after delivery/collection, and that it is stored at maximum -18° C at all times. Ensure it remains frozen and at a steady temperature during transport (which should be as short as possible), and utilise appropriate cooling kit for this. Once defrosted eat within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Consume within 6 months after preparation date.
