Yes – after your order, send your company details (name, VAT number, address) to hello@solid-stash.com and we will send you the invoice as soon as possible. Our invoices are sent via PEPPOL.

Your gift package is delivered with a professional refrigerated truck, ensuring the meals arrive perfectly frozen. You have two options:

Option 1: Solid Stash handles the delivery with the recipient

Select this option and you don’t have to choose a delivery date yourself. We will contact the recipient directly to arrange a suitable time. We also always confirm the delivery address so the recipient can adjust it if needed.

• When placing your order, enter the recipient’s email address.
• On the delivery day, the recipient will receive a message with a 2-hour time slot.
• If their plans change, the recipient can adjust the time slot at the last minute.

Option 2: You choose the delivery date yourself

Prefer to take control? Enter your postal code at checkout and select an available delivery day.

• In most Belgian postal codes, we deliver on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with day and evening slots.

Important to know: the meals are delivered in a non-insulated box and never left unattended at the door. So please make sure the recipient (or yourself, with option 2) is home at the chosen delivery time.

The packaging stacks easily. Single-serving boxes are about 12 × 10.5 × 6.5 cm. If you have room for 4 frozen pizzas, you can fit at least 8 Solid Stash meals.
