1. Registration

By signing up on our website and purchasing products from Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily BV), you agree to the terms of sale, which apply to all transactions on www.solid-stash.com and www.solid-stash.be. When you register for the service, we need the following information:

* Your address, including the postal code of the billing address associated with the payment card.

* Your phone number

* Your email address, so we can provide you with important information such as your order confirmation and changes to our delivery service

Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily) sells goods only on our website or directly to the end user and may not be resold in any way without our prior written consent.

Orders are only complete and final when confirmed in writing by Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily) via email.

Payment is processed by the Customer via payment on the webshop or by bank transfer (BE39 7360 6621 7419) after receipt of the purchase confirmation from Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily) by email; or via direct mobile payment at the time of delivery – as indicated by Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily) at the time of order confirmation.

2. Product Prices

The price of the goods charged is as stated on the website at the time you confirm your order with us. Except for unintentional technical errors regarding prices, we will honor all prices as published at the time you place your order.

Due to various product promotions, the prices displayed on the website may differ from prices in stores and independent retailers selling our meals. If you order a large portion of a meal and it is not available, we aim to deliver the same total number of portions but in smaller packaging formats. If the price of these smaller packages is higher than the ordered amount, no additional charges will be applied. All our products have a zero VAT rate. Our VAT registration number is BE0736.849.513. Our minimum order level is Eur 50.00, excluding delivery for applicable orders. If shortages of a product cause the total price of the shipped goods to fall below a minimum order threshold, Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily) will respect the original order value.

3. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards

1. Gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed within the expiry date for orders placed on solid-stash.com.

2. Gift cards and e-gift cards are not valid at independent stores selling Solid Stash food (Pinch of Lily).

3. Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

4. Photocopies of gift cards are not accepted.

5. Gift cards and e-gift cards can be used for purchases exceeding the nominal value, after payment of the difference.

6. If a Gift Card or E-Gift Card is used for a transaction with a lower value than the card’s value, a new Gift Card or E-Gift Card will be issued at the time your payment is received (upon shipment of your order if it is an online order). If you make an online purchase, a new e-gift card will be sent by email. Please contact us if you do not receive it.

7. Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily) is not liable for replacement or refund in case of loss, theft, damage, or destruction of gift cards or e-gift cards, whether redeemed or not. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse any gift cards that are mutilated, damaged, or illegible.

5. Delivery

Location, date, and time for deliveries (if applicable) are agreed upon between Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily) and the customer. Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily) reserves the right to refuse delivery at any location. The Customer must be present to receive, inspect, and (if applicable) pay for the delivery and is responsible for immediately storing the purchased goods safely in a fully functioning freezer.

If no special instructions are added during the ordering process, you as the customer agree to sign for the delivery. Packages may not be returned to the depot; they will be left at the delivery address and are at your risk. Special requirements must be reasonable, for example, providing sufficient space in freezers for the delivered packages. Instructions to knock on neighbors’ doors must mean that this is within a short walking distance from your home and that the courier does not have to travel further. If a specific delivery time is given, we aim to deliver your food by that time. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather and traffic conditions, we cannot always deliver within the specified time. In this situation, we will try to deliver later in the day. We will try to contact you before the driver leaves a failed delivery notice, as we want to ensure the service works for you, but we cannot guarantee we will reach you. We reserve the right to limit deliveries in certain areas, including the right to stop the service entirely, depending on demand in our kitchen.

8. Cancelling an Order

Orders can be cancelled at any time up to 48 hours after the agreed expected delivery date and time. If already paid, these orders can be refunded.

Please note that since we sell perishable goods, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply to us: once the goods have been delivered, it is no longer possible to return or reclaim them.

9. What should I do if I am not satisfied with my goods?

Our Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of the items in your order or with any part of the delivery service from Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily), please contact us – by sending an email via the website’s contact page or by calling +32 456 134 964. If you want to make a comment or recommendation about our food, please visit the website’s contact page. Because we sell perishable goods, we ask you, the customer, to inspect the food as soon as you receive it. If you are not satisfied with the goods, please contact us immediately. We are happy to investigate exchanges or refunds for items you believe do not meet our quality standards or items damaged during transport. If we have sent you the wrong item, please notify us as soon as possible. If you want us to replace the wrong item with the item you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. We do not charge you for a wrong item. At Solid Stash (Pinch of Lily), we maintain an open and honest policy and will do our utmost to ensure we can address and act on any issues or suggestions.
