Ordering & Delivery

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes – after your order, send your company details (name, VAT number, address) to hello@solid-stash.com and we will send you the invoice as soon as possible. Our invoices are sent via PEPPOL.

Gifts

How is the delivery of a gift package handled?

Your gift pack is delivered with a professional refrigerated truck, so the meals arrive perfectly frozen. You can choose between two options:

Option 1: Solid Stash arranges the delivery with the recipient

Tick this option and you don't have to pick a delivery date. We contact the recipient directly to agree on a suitable moment. We also always confirm the delivery address, so the recipient can change it if needed.

  • Enter the recipient's email address when placing your order.
  • The recipient receives a message from the courier with a delivery window.

Option 2: You choose the delivery date yourself

Prefer to be in control? Enter your postal code at checkout and pick an available delivery day.

  • Gift packs are delivered during the day (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), in Flanders and Brussels on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, in Wallonia on Saturday only.

Important: the meals are delivered in a non-insulated box and never left unattended at the door. So make sure the recipient (or you, with option 2) is home on the delivery day and stays reachable.

Can I request to include or exclude specific meals in a gift package?

Of course, feel free to let us know in the comments field with your order or via hello@solid-stash.com, and we will gladly adjust the bundle to your specific dietary preferences.

Do you include an invoice or receipt with the order?

No, we never include an invoice or receipt in the bundle β€” which is handy if you’re giving something as a gift. If you need a VAT invoice, please send your company details to hello@solid-stash.com after your order.

Do I need to know which dishes the recipient likes?

No. We deliberately put together a varied selection with different flavors and meal moments. Are there important dietary preferences or allergies? Let us know when you order, and we'll see what's possible.

Does everything need to be eaten at once?

No. That's exactly the convenience of a frozen gift. The recipient can save the meal for the right moment and take the other products out of the freezer one by one, whenever they feel like it.

Storage & Preparation

Does my order fit in my freezer?

The packaging stacks easily. Single-serving boxes are about 12 Γ— 10.5 Γ— 6.5 cm. If you have room for 4 frozen pizzas, you can fit at least 8 Solid Stash meals.
