Starting prices exclude VAT. Every event is catered from our Food Container (€400) + €1 per kilometre driven (from Kortrijk). Depending on your event’s location, duration and practical requirements, additional costs may apply. You will always receive a tailored quote.

Bowl food

Comfort food in a bowl. Perfect for corporate lunches, casual dinners or events where people can keep mingling. From €17.50 per person.

Burrito bar

Each gourmet wrap is freshly assembled in the food truck. From €18.50 per person. Minimum 50 people.

Receipts

6, 8 or 10–12 bites. From a classic aperitif to a full walking dinner. From €22.50 per person. Minimum 30 people.

How does a catering request work?

First, briefly tell us what you’re organizing using the form below.

We’ll review internally whether we’re a good match and whether your event is practically feasible for our food truck.

If so, our event manager will take it from there, and together we’ll work out a concrete proposal.

Rest assured: your request is therefore not a reservation and does not commit you to anything!

Is your catering fully plant-based?

Yes! Everything we do with Solid Stash is always as sustainable as possible and therefore also entirely plant-based "by accident."

"By accident," because 95% of our customers are omnivores who keep coming back to us for our incredibly delicious, convenient, hassle-free comfort food πŸ’–

... Absolutely not just for "die-hard" veggies/vegans: we serve the most delicious flavor bombsβ€”for everyone!

How and when do I pay for the catering?

Upon confirmation of your reservation, you pay 30% of the quoted price as a deposit.

You pay the remaining amount no later than two weeks before the event.

Have any additional costs (agreed in advance) arisen between payment and the event? We will invoice these immediately after the event.

How much does catering with the Food Container cost?

The price depends on the package selected and the number of guests. In addition, you should take the following costs into account:

  • Food Container rental: €400
  • Travel costs: €1 per kilometre driven (from Kortrijk)

All prices listed exclude 12% VAT

Depending on your event, there may be additional costs, for example for extra staff, longer service times, specific materials or facilities, special logistics, or other additional requests.

We provide a detailed quote so you know exactly what to expect: no surprise party on your invoice, we promise. 😌

Do you provide catering throughout Belgium?

In principle, yes. We travel anywhere in Belgium with our food container. The farther it is from our workshop in Kortrijk, the higher the travel cost: €1 per kilometre driven (excluding VAT). When you submit your request, we ask where your event is taking place β€” that way, we can immediately assess whether it’s practical and what the travel cost will be.

Does the Food Container always come with it?

Yes. Always. Our Food Container is our mobile kitchen and an important part of the Solid Stash event vibe.

So don’t expect classic five-star catering with an army of waiters and white gloves. 😌 We bring informal, artisanal comfort food, freshly finished and served from our truck.

Table service is not included. Depending on the chosen package, your guests either collect their food from the Food Container or it is served informally.

That way, we keep things delicious, relaxed, very Solid Stashβ€”and hopefully a perfect fit for your ideal event too!

From how many people can we book the Food Container?

This depends on the package. Our reception packages start at 30 people; for the Live Burrito Bar, we work with groups of 50 or more.

For other packages or if you're unsure, feel free to tell us what you're organizing. We assess the practical feasibility of each request.

Can you accommodate allergies for our catering?

Always mention allergies and other dietary requirements in your request. We will then assess what is feasible within the chosen package and communicate this clearly in advance.

Because we operate from one compact event kitchen, we cannot individually adapt every dish during service.
