If so, our event manager will take it from there, and together we’ll work out a concrete proposal.

Upon confirmation of your reservation, you pay 30% of the quoted price as a deposit.

You pay the remaining amount no later than two weeks before the event.

Have any additional costs (agreed in advance) arisen between payment and the event? We will invoice these immediately after the event.

The price depends on the package selected and the number of guests. In addition, you should take the following costs into account:

• Food Container rental: €400
• Travel costs: €1 per kilometre driven (from Kortrijk)

All prices listed exclude 12% VAT

Depending on your event, there may be additional costs, for example for extra staff, longer service times, specific materials or facilities, special logistics, or other additional requests.

We provide a detailed quote so you know exactly what to expect: no surprise party on your invoice, we promise. 😌

In principle, yes. We travel anywhere in Belgium with our food container. The farther it is from our workshop in Kortrijk, the higher the travel cost: €1 per kilometre driven (excluding VAT). When you submit your request, we ask where your event is taking place — that way, we can immediately assess whether it’s practical and what the travel cost will be.

Yes. Always. Our Food Container is our mobile kitchen and an important part of the Solid Stash event vibe.

So don’t expect classic five-star catering with an army of waiters and white gloves. 😌 We bring informal, artisanal comfort food, freshly finished and served from our truck.

Table service is not included. Depending on the chosen package, your guests either collect their food from the Food Container or it is served informally.

That way, we keep things delicious, relaxed, very Solid Stash—and hopefully a perfect fit for your ideal event too!

This depends on the package. Our reception packages start at 30 people; for the Live Burrito Bar, we work with groups of 50 or more.

For other packages or if you're unsure, feel free to tell us what you're organizing. We assess the practical feasibility of each request.

Always mention allergies and other dietary requirements in your request. We will then assess what is feasible within the chosen package and communicate this clearly in advance.

Because we operate from one compact event kitchen, we cannot individually adapt every dish during service.
