• Heat in dry pan or oven before serving

Preparation method

Remove packet from freezer (do not defrost in advance). Peel off both sides of the plastic sheet & place the paratha on a pre-heated non-stick pan. Pan fry each side on medium heat for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.

Why this dish

Our parathas are the ultimate side dish heroes for curries, dhal, and other savory comfort food. These paper-thin, layered flatbreads are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – just the way they should be.

If you haven’t tried this style of flatbread before, get ready for parathas to become your new obsession. Literally no one can resist their warm, crunchy, chewy, buttery delights. As an exception, we don’t make these parathas in-house, but that doesn’t make them any less delicious!

With 325 grams per pack, this is a side dish to enjoy with 3 to 5 people (depending on how hungry you are). They don’t need any fuss, but a few coriander or mint leaves, some lime wedges, or a spoonful of (plant-based) yogurt make it extra festive.

Just warm them up in a dry pan or oven, and in a few minutes you’ll have a fragrant, warm addition to your meal.

🌶️ Pimping tips

These beautiful flatbreads require no pimping whatsoever, but you can serve them with fresh coriander/mint, lime wedges, and maybe some chutney or (plantbased) yogurt!

Is there a minimum order amount?

For home delivery, our minimum order amount is €59.50.

There is no minimum order amount for pickup at our workshop in Kortrijk.

Delivery of frozen products is expensive, so we have a minimum order amount for delivery to help cover these costs. Ordering more at once also helps reduce the environmental impact of delivery — fewer trips mean less emissions per meal.

How does the delivery work?

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional, temperature-controlled refrigerated trucks — this way your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.

In most Belgian postal codes, we deliver during the day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. In Flanders and Brussels, we also offer evening delivery on Monday and Wednesday. Check below for the exact days in your region.

  • Day delivery: between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
  • Evening delivery: between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (only Flanders and Brussels, on Monday and Wednesday)

On the delivery day, you will receive a message from our courier with a 2-hour time slot. For day deliveries, you get this in the morning; for evening deliveries, in the afternoon.

Your meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately — that’s why we never leave a bundle unattended at the door. So please make sure someone is home.

Prefer to pick up yourself? That’s also possible, free of charge, at our workshop in Kortrijk.

If you want to add a personal message, you can do so in the order comments. This will be printed on the packing slip inside the shipping box.
