Where do we deliver?

We deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands. In the Netherlands, we don't deliver to the Wadden Islands.

When do we deliver?

  • Flanders and Brussels: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, during the day between 8:00 and 17:00. On Monday you can also choose an evening delivery between 17:00 and 22:00.
  • Wallonia: Saturday, during the day between 8:00 and 17:00.
  • The Netherlands: Friday and Saturday, during the day between 8:00 and 18:00 or in the evening between 18:00 and 22:00.

You choose your delivery day when you order. We only show the days you can still make.

What does delivery cost?

  • The minimum order for home delivery is €59.50. Bundles and gift bundles have no minimum.
  • Daytime delivery costs €6. From €100, delivery is free.
  • Evening delivery costs €5 extra, also from €100.
  • Bundles and gift bundles are always delivered for free.
  • Pickup at our atelier is free and has no minimum.

Pickup

You can pick up your order at our atelier: Engelse Wandeling 2 K13K, 8500 Kortrijk, Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 17:00.

On delivery day

Make sure someone is home on delivery day to receive your parcel. The courier gives you a delivery window. It's a guide, not a guarantee: routes can run early or late. So stay reachable during the whole delivery period and pick up if the driver calls.

A neighbour can receive your parcel. Delivery to your work address is fine too. We never leave a parcel outside: your meals need to stay frozen. Put them in your freezer as soon as they arrive.

Nobody home?

Then we plan a new delivery attempt. If that second attempt fails too, your parcel goes back to Solid Stash and stays frozen with us. You can then pick it up for free in Kortrijk or ask for a new delivery. That costs €15.

Changing or cancelling

You can change, reschedule or cancel your order for free until 2 full working days before your delivery date. Just email us at hello@solid-stash.com. After that we still do our best, but we can't promise anything.

Gift bundles

For a gift bundle, you can ask us to agree the delivery day with the recipient. Gift bundles are delivered during the day only.
