Box contains approx. 600g of frozen corn ribs (about 10–12 pieces) with chimichurri seasoning. To bake yourself. Great as an apéro snack or side dish for about four people.

Preparation method
  1. Add chimichurri spice mix to a mixing bowl. Fill empty spice jar ¾ full with vegetable oil and mix with spices. Toss frozen corn ribs in the oil mixture.
  2. Cooking options: Oven 180°C 12-20 min; BBQ medium heat; Air fryer 200°C 10-14 min.

Why this dish

Corn ribs are one of those discoveries that immediately make you wonder: why haven’t we been doing this for years? Even Ottolenghi is a fan. Sweet, juicy corn cobs are cut lengthwise into quarters – creating crispy, grillable pieces that are just a bit easier (and more fun) to eat than a whole cob.

Because they’re smaller, the marinade really seeps between the kernels. And you can taste it. Our version is generously seasoned with a South American-inspired chimichurri mix: spicy, aromatic, fresh, and perfectly balanced.

Quick to prepare in the oven, pan, or on the BBQ. Serve as a snack with your aperitif or as a summery side dish at your next grill party. Trust us: this is the kind of side dish that’s always the first to disappear.

Is there a minimum order amount?

For home delivery, our minimum order amount is €59.50.

There is no minimum order amount for pickup at our workshop in Kortrijk.

Delivery of frozen products is expensive, so we have a minimum order amount for delivery to help cover these costs. Ordering more at once also helps reduce the environmental impact of delivery — fewer trips mean less emissions per meal.

How does the delivery work?

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional, temperature-controlled refrigerated trucks — this way your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.

In most Belgian postal codes, we deliver during the day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. In Flanders and Brussels, we also offer evening delivery on Monday and Wednesday. Check below for the exact days in your region.

  • Day delivery: between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
  • Evening delivery: between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (only Flanders and Brussels, on Monday and Wednesday)

On the delivery day, you will receive a message from our courier with a 2-hour time slot. For day deliveries, you get this in the morning; for evening deliveries, in the afternoon.

Your meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately — that’s why we never leave a bundle unattended at the door. So please make sure someone is home.

Prefer to pick up yourself? That’s also possible, free of charge, at our workshop in Kortrijk.

Just enter their name, address, and contact details at checkout — and don’t forget to let them know a frozen order is on its way! If you want to add a personal message, you can do so in the order comments. This will be printed on the packing slip inside the shipping box.
