How does delivery work?

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional freezer vans — so your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.At checkout, you choose your preferred delivery date. After entering your zip code, you’ll see the available delivery days for your area. In most Belgian zip codes, we deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with daytime and evening slots available.Daytime deliveries take place between 8:00 and 18:00. Evening deliveries run between 17:00 and 22:00. On the delivery day you’ll receive a message from our courier with a 1-hour time slot, so you know when to expect us. For daytime deliveries you will receive this slot in the morning, for evening deliveries you will receive the slot in the afternoon.Meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately. Deliveries are never left unattended, so please make sure someone is available to accept your order.Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can also collect it at our atelier in Kortrijk.

What if my plans change and I won't be home?

No worries—plans can change!Up to 2 days before your delivery date, you can easily reschedule. Just email us at hello@solid-stash.com or send us a message on chat. Let us know which new date you'd prefer (we deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays).From the day before your delivery, your package will already be with our courier (DPD Fresh), so we can no longer make changes ourselves. Instead, you’ll need to wait for the tracking email from DPD, which arrives on the morning of your delivery day. That email includes a link that lets you:Postpone your delivery to another weekday (not limited to Wednesdays or Saturdays). You can do this up to one hour before the start of the delivery window.Or change the delivery addressJust make sure someone will be available to receive the package at the new time or place—it needs to go straight into the freezer.

Will my order fit in my freezer?

Packaging stacks easily. Single‑portion boxes ~12 × 10.5 × 6.5 cm. If you have space for 4 frozen pizzas, you'll fit at least 8 Solid Stash meals.

Not dining with four people?

No problem — that's the beauty of frozen: just don't thaw everything at once and you're sorted.

Is the Mother`s day bundle difficult to cook?

Not at all. We include a clear instruction sheet with every order. The main thing to keep in mind: take your Nona pastries (and ideally the other dishes too) out of the freezer and into the fridge the evening before. Give the instructions a quick read in advance and you're good to go.

Looking for a gluten-friendlier option?

We offer a limited number of Mother`s day bundles where the pastries and muffins are replaced with a spelt alternative. Please note: the schiacciata rolls and bulgur bowl still contain wheat.
