The Challenge
The University of Ghent (UGent) was faced with a unique challenge in incentivizing participants of their VEGANScreener study. With a diverse group of 100 vegans and 50 omnivores participating, UGent sought a meaningful and timely incentive to encourage full participation through the study's completion. The need was for a flexible, yet impactful reward within a constrained timeframe.
Our Solution
Solid Stash stepped in with a tailored solution to meet UGent's needs. Recognizing the importance of a seamless and participant-friendly incentive, Solid Stash proposed a bespoke gift voucher program. This program was designed to offer €40 vouchers to each participant, with the added flexibility to accommodate transportation costs. Solid Stash's approach included:- Customizable voucher amounts to cover additional expenses.- Direct email distribution of vouchers from Solid Stash to participants, ensuring privacy and convenience.- A commitment to simplicity and efficiency, minimizing administrative burden on UGent while maximizing participant satisfaction.
