Our artisanal, vegan dishes are not just healthy and nutritious, but especially: homecooked and incredibly delicious. We prepare them in our own atelier in Brussels using the freshest ingredients, and another key component: a lot of love. Our dishes are 100% plant-based, so whenever you choose a Solid Stash meal the planet does a little happy dance :)

All our meals are pre-cooked and frozen, and ready to eat. All you have to do is heat them in the microwave, pan or oven. Lots of our dishes are a complete meal on their own, and some need your own choice of side dish (like rice, pasta or couscous). So you can enjoy your favourite meal in no time.

We deliver our meals frozen, directly to your home anywhere in Belgium. Our dishes stay perfectly fresh in your freezer for up to six months, so you always have delicious meals waiting for you whenever you feel like it. Moreover, we use sustainable packaging that is 100% recyclable.

Our founder, Lily, is a passionate entrepreneur in the food and hospitality industry and is the driving force behind Solid Stash. Her adventure began in 2011 when she moved to London, where she started to apply her love for food in a professional setting. After several years of building a strong career and reputation in the industry, Lily decided to set up her own business focusing on providing super delicious, vegan, home cooked meals for busy people and families. The idea was born when she started preparing frozen meals as a gift for friends who had just become new parents - and when those friends just kept coming back for more!
