Have your Stash delivered to your home...
We deliver all over Belgium, on Wednesdays and Saturdays*. You can select a delivery day during check-out. Your order will arrive frozen and needs to go in the freezer immediately. Therefore, it is very important that someone is home to accept the delivery. Our courier will contact you the morning of the delivery with a 1-hour delivery window.
(*) In Luxembourg province and parts of Liege and Namur Provinces we deliver on Tuesdays & Fridays.
When will my order arrive?
You can select the date of your delivery at checkout.
Our home home deliveries for most post codes currently take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays*, between 9 and 18h.
On the morning of your chosen delivery day (typically by 9am, and latest at 9:30 am) you will receive a one-hour delivery slot from our courier via email.

What if my plans change and I won't be home?
No wories, we understand plans can change.
Until two days before the scheduled delivery day, you can contact the Solid Stash team (hello@solid-stash.com or our chat) and we'll postpone your delivery.
If your delivery is tomorrow or today, then your package will already be with our courier, DPD Fresh.
You can move your delivery date for a maximum of one hour before before the start of your delivery slot via a link in the tracking email that you receive from DPD on the morning on your delivery.
If you are not home during delivery then your package will never be left at the door. Your package will go back to the DPD depot where it will be kept safely frozen.
After a failed delivery, DPD will attempt to re-deliver the package the next working day*. Similar to the first delivery attempt, they will send an email with a one-hour delivery slot on the morning of the re-delivery. Not home that day? Please postpone the re-delivery using the link in DPD's email.
(*) For Luxembourg province and parts of Liege and Namur Provinces re-delivery will be on Tuesday or Friday (whichever is nearest).
The courier passed by and I wasn't at home, what now?
If no one is home to accept your package, then it will go back to the depot of our courier where it will be kept safely frozen.
Our courier will by default attempt to re-deliver the next working day.
After a missed delivery wou will also receive a new tracking link, where - if needed - you can select a different re-delivery day. This can be any day of the week except Sundays and holidays (not just Wednesdays or Saturdays).
Do I need to be home all day to accept the order?
Definitely not. On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive a one-hour delivery window from our courier. That way you can plan ahead. However, someone needs to be at home during the one-hour delivery slot because DPD will never leave the package at the door (because it needs to go directly into the freezer).
Can the courier leave the package at the door?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Your Solid Stash order is a frozen product and is transported in refrigerated vehicles. The order will arrive in a non-insulated box and therefore the product needs to immediately be put in your freezer.
How much does delivery cost?
You can order Solid Stash products from €60, for home delivery or to collect yourself at one of our pickup points.
There is a €11.90 delivery fee for orders up to €90. From €90, we pick up the cost of delivery!
If you are picking up from our pickup points there is no delivery fee! We do charge a small handling fee of €7 for pick up orders below €60.
(Please note: it is possible to place an order for home delivery below €60, however a shipping fee of €25.00 will automatically be added to your order.)
Do you deliver to my city/town and when?
We deliver all over Belgium twice a week. The exact delivery days depend on your postcode but generally this is Wednesdays and Saturdays*. You will be able to select a specific delivery date at checkout after entereing your post code.
(*) In Luxembourg province and parts of Liege and Namur Provinces we deliver on Tuesdays & Fridays.
Can you deliver my package in the morning / the afternoon / the evening?
Currently we do not offer a dedicated delivery time when you place your order. This means that you can only select a date, not a time. On the morning of the delivery day (typically around 9AM) our courier you will send you an email with a one-hour delivery slot.
In case you will not be home during that delivery slot, you will be able to postpone your delivery to a later date via a link in the email. You can do this up to one hour before the start of the delivery slot.
Note that you will be able to postpone your delivery to any future date (i.e. not just Wednesdays or Saturdays) except for Sundays.
What if I am not home for the re-delivery?
Our courier will make two delivery attempts. If you are not home for the second delivery attempt then our courier will return your package to Solid Stash. We will then contact you to arrange pickup in one of our pickup points.

You can also collect your order in our pickup points in Ghent and Lokeren. Place your order online first! There is no extra stock available at our pickup points for ad-hoc pickups. Really important: please make sure to bring a cooler bag (and if possible: cooler blocks!) when you come to pick up your order, to make sure that your order remains frozen at all times.
How long will my order stay at the pickup point?
For pickup orders you will select a pickup date at checkout, however you can pick up your order within one week after this date. Just make sure to check the opening hours of the pickup point first (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
