The - heavily pregnant - "YOLO" is really present here: this weekend, Lily (& baby boy #2) were featured in the weekend magazine Billie from Het Nieuwsblad... and we are super proud of the result 🤗

Who is Lily Imschoot? Lily is the chef, brain, and founder of Solid Stash, through which she wants to make super tasty and super easy plant-based food available for the freezer at home. She is married to Monne, mother of Bob, and heavily pregnant with their second son. (Or maybe she just gave birth?)
“This is my second pregnancy and, as usual, it shows faster. Our son grew like a weed, but I feel like I completely skipped the actual belly phase and was just really pregnant right away. Not least because people kept pointing it out to me all the time. Wow, you must be sure? You’ve gained so much! Is it maybe twins? It got so bad that eventually I started lying about my due date: I added a month just to get rid of the comments. Of course, people don’t mean it badly, but no matter how confident I was, all those remarks still got under my skin and into my head. My personal style is a bit tough and at the same time, the Parisienne look. With a good outfit, I feel like I can take on the world. That’s what you look for when you’re pregnant, especially when your feet swell and you’re at your limit. Now I felt extra sloppy and far from glowing pregnant. While my hair has never been so thick and my skin never had such a healthy glow. Really a downer on the experience of my, sometimes, last pregnancy.”
“Then I saw Rihanna and how she dressed during her second pregnancy. She didn’t have a small belly either, but she was really pregnant. And yet she showed off her belly, with crop tops, low jeans, chains, and transparent dresses. To celebrate what her body was doing, she felt maybe a little bit chubby. I found that super inspiring. So when I read the call for this shoot, I thought: I’m doing this. As a gift to yourself. When you’re pregnant, it sometimes feels like you’re a kind of glorified incubator. You disappear a little more and more. This is kind of what wins me back. And can we agree from now on that you don’t say anything to a pregnant woman that you wouldn’t say to a non-pregnant woman – no matter how well you mean it?” (laughs)
