Box contains four frozen Energy Bomb Bites (about 35g each after baking). Each bite is a satisfying, fibre-rich snack made with 100% plant-based, recognisable ingredients. Defrosts in about 2 hours in a snack box or on the go.

Preparation method

Place the required number of frozen energy bites in a snack box. After about two hours, the bites will be thawed. If you need them faster: place one frozen bite on a plate and heat in the microwave in 10-20 second intervals on medium heat until thawed. NOTE: EN version contains DeepL watermark — clean up in Step 9.

Why this dish

Sometimes you just want something truly nourishing. No sugar bomb. No airy bar with empty promises. Just: something that fills you up, gives you energy, and feels good. That’s what I had in mind when I created these bites — for my family and kids, for my own lunchbox, and those crazy mornings when we just have to make sure everyone is fed, dressed, packed, and out the door.

These Energy Bomb Bites are my answer. Packed with fruit, vegetables, grains, seeds, and even legumes — and somehow approved by both little and big kids. With no less than twelve (!) different plants and about 3g of fiber in each cookie, they give your gut flora and microbiome a boost — without added sugar or ultra-processed ingredients you can’t recognize. Not sticky, not crumbly, just handy in the snack or lunchbox — and therefore in your backpack or handbag.

You can eat them thawed fresh and cold, or warm them up briefly in the microwave, oven, or air fryer for a comforting snack. Either way: this is real, energy-giving, nourishing food. For you, your children, the 4pm slump, or even as a power snack during breastfeeding.

Is there a minimum order amount?

For home delivery, our minimum order amount is €59.50.

There is no minimum order amount for pickup at our workshop in Kortrijk.

Delivery of frozen products is expensive, so we have a minimum order amount for delivery to help cover these costs. Ordering more at once also helps reduce the environmental impact of delivery — fewer trips mean less emissions per meal.

How does the delivery work?

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional, temperature-controlled refrigerated trucks — this way your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.

In most Belgian postal codes, we deliver during the day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. In Flanders and Brussels, we also offer evening delivery on Monday and Wednesday. Check below for the exact days in your region.

  • Day delivery: between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
  • Evening delivery: between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (only Flanders and Brussels, on Monday and Wednesday)

On the delivery day, you will receive a message from our courier with a 2-hour time slot. For day deliveries, you get this in the morning; for evening deliveries, in the afternoon.

Your meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately — that’s why we never leave a bundle unattended at the door. So please make sure someone is home.

Prefer to pick up yourself? That’s also possible, free of charge, at our workshop in Kortrijk.

Can I give Solid Stash as a gift?

🎁 1. Send a digital gift card Our gift cards are delivered instantly by email, to you or directly to the recipient. You can add a personal message, and the recipient can use the card whenever it suits them at checkout. Ideal if you’re not sure which dishes they prefer, or if you want to give them complete freedom to choose their own delivery date.

🥘 2. Send frozen meals directly You can also order meals and have them delivered straight to someone’s home. Just enter their name, address, and contact details at checkout — and don’t forget to let them know a frozen order is on its way! If you want to add a personal message, you can do so in the order comments. This will be printed on the packing slip inside the shipping box.

Both options are perfect for new parents, friends who could use some rest, or anyone who deserves some nourishing, plant-based comfort food.

Solid Stash was founded by Lily Imschoot, an entrepreneur in the food industry. She started making plant-based frozen meals as gifts for new parents.
