Solid Stash is a Belgian food company that makes delicious, handmade frozen meals — 100% plant-based and lovingly prepared in our own kitchen in Kortrijk. We cook just like you would at home (only in much bigger pots!), using fresh, wholesome ingredients and no artificial additives. Our meals are frozen at peak freshness and delivered straight to your door, so you always have a nutritious, tasty meal ready in minutes. Whether you’re a busy parent, a tired student, or just someone who wants to eat well without the hassle, Solid Stash fills your freezer with joy.

Our meals are also popular as gifts, such as postpartum meals for new parents and support packages for tough times.

Use the allergen filter on our menu page to select only dishes that alcohol-free, gluten-free, nut-free or soy-free are. On every product page, you will also find more information about allergens and a detailed product sheet.

On our packaging labels, you will find info about allergens, ingredients, production, expiration date, weight, batch & storage info.

Please note: we do our utmost to prevent cross-contamination of allergens, but we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free of traces. The composition of our dishes may change. Always consult the product label for the most accurate and up-to-date information about ingredients and allergens.

Bundles contain seasonal dishes that change regularly. Craving a specific dish? No problem: just mention it in the order notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional, temperature-controlled refrigerated trucks — this way your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.

In most Belgian postal codes, we deliver during the day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. In Flanders and Brussels, we also offer evening delivery on Monday and Wednesday. Check below for the exact days in your region.

• Day delivery: between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Evening delivery: between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (only Flanders and Brussels, on Monday and Wednesday)

On the delivery day, you will receive a message from our courier with a 2-hour time slot. For day deliveries, you get this in the morning; for evening deliveries, in the afternoon.

Your meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately — that’s why we never leave a bundle unattended at the door. So please make sure someone is home.

Prefer to pick up yourself? That’s also possible, free of charge, at our workshop in Kortrijk.
