What's the difference between the Chin Up Gift Pack and the Support Gift Pack?

Chin Up is there for tough times in a broad sense. Support is specifically meant for when someone is dealing with grief and loss, which is why it also includes the special Studio Paus support card.

Is this pack suitable for someone who lives alone?

Yes. We deliberately kept that in mind when putting it together. The main dishes are individually portioned or can easily be spread over several meals. That way, the recipient can take exactly what they need, whenever they need it.

I don't know when the recipient will be home. Is that a problem?

No. Just give us the recipient's email address and we'll contact them directly to arrange the address and delivery time. So you don't have to sneakily fish for practical information beforehand.

If, on the other hand, you'd prefer to choose the delivery address and time yourself, that's possible too. Just uncheck the box for "Full peace of mind: let Solid Stash coordinate the delivery date with the recipient!" above.

Does everything need to be eaten at once?

No. That's exactly the convenience of a frozen gift. The recipient can save the meal for the right moment and take the other products out of the freezer one by one, whenever they feel like it.

Do I need to know which dishes the recipient likes?

No. We deliberately put together a varied selection with different flavors and meal moments. Are there important dietary preferences or allergies? Let us know when you order, and we'll see what's possible.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

You can add a message in the comments field at checkout. This message will be printed on the packing slip included in the shipping box.

If you order a gift bundle, we will write your personal message on a beautiful card included with the bundle.

Can I add extra meals to the gift package?

Of course! After adding the kraamkost package or support package to your cart, you can add other products from our menu. We pack and ship everything together to the recipient.

Can I request to include or exclude specific meals in a gift package?

Of course, feel free to let us know in the comments field with your order or via hello@solid-stash.com, and we will gladly adjust the bundle to your specific dietary preferences.
