For home delivery, our minimum order amount is €59.50.

There is no minimum order amount for pickup at our workshop in Kortrijk.

Delivery of frozen products is expensive, so we have a minimum order amount for delivery to help cover these costs. Ordering more at once also helps reduce the environmental impact of delivery — fewer trips mean less emissions per meal.

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional, temperature-controlled refrigerated trucks — this way your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.

In Flanders and Brussels, we deliver during the day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; in Wallonia, on Saturday only. In Flanders and Brussels, we also offer evening delivery on Monday. Check below for the exact days in your region.

• Day delivery: between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Evening delivery: between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (Flanders and Brussels only, on Monday)

You'll get a message from the courier with your delivery window. Which courier delivers your order, and when that message arrives, is in the shipping email we send you.

Your meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately — that’s why we never leave a bundle unattended at the door. So please make sure someone is home.

Prefer to pick up yourself? That’s also possible, free of charge, at our workshop in Kortrijk.

🎁 1. Send a digital gift card Our gift cards are delivered instantly by email, to you or directly to the recipient. You can add a personal message, and the recipient can use the card whenever it suits them at checkout. Ideal if you’re not sure which dishes they prefer, or if you want to give them complete freedom to choose their own delivery date.

🥘 2. Send frozen meals directly You can also order meals and have them delivered straight to someone’s home. Just enter their name, address, and contact details at checkout — and don’t forget to let them know a frozen order is on its way! Want to include a personal message? Choose one of our gift bundles: we write your message by hand on a card inside the box.

Both options are perfect for new parents, friends who could use some rest, or anyone who deserves some nourishing, plant-based comfort food.

Solid Stash was founded by Lily Imschoot and Monne Depraetere. Lily, an entrepreneur in the food industry, started making plant-based frozen meals as gifts for new parents. The demand grew so quickly that together they turned it into a full-fledged business, aiming to offer delicious, convenient meals for busy individuals and families.
