What´s in the box

• 5 frozen parathas - 325g (flatbreads)
• Side dish for 3–5 people
• Heat in dry pan or oven before serving

Cooking instructions

Remove packet from freezer (do not defrost in advance). Peel off both sides of the plastic sheet & place the paratha on a pre-heated non-stick pan. Pan fry each side on medium heat for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.

Founder´s take

These parathas are the unsung heroes of the side dish world – perfect with curry, dhal or any savoury comfort food. These Indian-style flatbreads are flaky, layered, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside – just as they should be.

With 5 parathas (total of 325g) per pack, they make a great side for 3 to 5 people (depending on how hungry you are). They don’t need much dressing up, but a few sprigs of mint or coriander, lime wedges, or a dollop of plant-based yogurt can take them to the next level.

Just heat in a dry pan or oven for a few minutes and enjoy a warm, flavourful addition to your meal.

🌶️ Pimping tips

These beautiful flatbreads require no pimping whatsoever, but you can of course serve them with a beautiful sprig of fresh coriander/mint, a few wedges of lime, and maybe some chutney or (plantbased) yogurt!
