• Oven bake: approx. 85–95 minutes from frozen

Cooking instructions

Heat frozen dish directly in the oven. Not suitable for the microwave. Switch oven on. Remove lid. Place dish on a rack in the centre of the oven. Oven settings: 180°C, 80-95 min. Check if boiling hot throughout, and let it rest for 5 min before digging in. Enjoy! Tip: put in the fridge 12 hours in advance to defrost & shorten the cooking time to just 35-45 minutes!

Our signature béchamel and De Cecco penne provide that rich, indulgent mouthfeel you’d expect from a mac & cheese. To round it out, we’ve added a light dose of broccoli and cauliflower, plus a generous handful of Le Seitanist’s smoky paprika seitan and a golden panko topping for that irresistible crunch.
