What´s in the box

Box contains one portion of frozen Bulgur Bowl (about 410g): a generous, complete meal for one, or a summery side dish for two to three people. Ready to enjoy cold or lightly warmed.

Cooking instructions

Remove the frozen dish from its packaging and transfer it to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave (on high) and stir every 2–3 minutes until thoroughly heated.

OR: Take out of the freezer and let thaw in the fridge overnight / for 12 hours. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving (or warm briefly in the microwave) and serve at room temperature.

If desired, add a small splash of water to loosen the texture.

Bulgur (36%; cracked wheat, water, olive oil, salt); roasted vegetables (27%; cauliflower, red bell pepper, red onion, olive oil, salt, spices, garlic); dressing (water, sesame paste (100% sesame seeds), extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar (red wine vinegar, preservative: potassium disulfite (E224)), agave (100% organic agave syrup), fresh lemon juice, sea salt, spices); giant white beans (giant white beans, water, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid); fresh herbs (parsley, dill); hulled sunflower seeds.

Founder´s take

This revamped bulgur bowl is everything we wanted our original couscous salad to be — and more. We’ve swapped out the couscous for bulgur, which holds up better after freezing and brings a heartier, more satisfying bite. It's also rich in fibre, making it a great choice for your gut.

We’ve kept the fresh herbs (dill! parsley!) and creamy tahini dressing you loved, but rebalanced the flavour so it’s both punchy and smooth. The roasted cauliflower, red pepper, and red onion give natural sweetness and depth, while soft white beans and crunchy sunflower seeds add extra protein.

It’s one of those dishes that’s somehow light and filling at the same time — easy to love, easy to serve. Ideal for busy days, sunny picnics or quick desk lunches. Just grab a fork and enjoy.
