What´s in the box

Box contains one generous portion of frozen Indian Curry (about 450g). For a full meal, serve with basmati rice or flatbreads (not included)

Cooking instructions

Simply take your packet of Solid Stash from the freezer, remove from packaging and place frozen into a casserole or microwave dish. Add 1-2 tbsp water & warm on stove (medium heat) / in microwave, often stirring carefully, until piping hot throughout (10-15 min).

Founder´s take

This is one of our all-time favourites. Packed with flavour from roasted aubergine and cauliflower, it comes in a creamy tomato and coconut milk sauce with a beautifully balanced mix of aromatic spices. It’s a mild curry, perfect for adults and children alike—ideal if you want lots of flavour without the heat.

The dish was inspired by my early years in London, where Indian cuisine quickly found a place in my heart. At first, I found the food a bit intimidating—all those unfamiliar names, all that spice—but then came a Belgian boy with a deep love for Indian food. Thanks to him, I discovered the richness of this vegetable-forward cuisine.

This curry is my tribute to that journey: not authentic in the traditional sense, but full of love, flavour, and carefully layered roasted veg and spices. Serve with basmati rice or flatbreads and enjoy a bowl of pure comfort.

🌶️ Pimping tips

If you have time, why not pick up one or more of these items from the shop so you are ready to pimp your meal? :)

  • Stir in a big handful of fresh spinach leaves 
  • Top with chopped fresh coriander
  • Serve wedges of lime on the side
  • Mango chutney is an ace accompaniment to this dish – so good!
  • A dollop of (coconut) yogurt on top works a treat, too
  • Scrunch some papadums over the top for an awesome textural crunch (if you can find some in the Belgian shops!)
