Nourishing meals cooked with love
At Solid Stash we cook meals as you would at home: with real ingredients and a lot of love. Our meals are the perfect backup for busy parents. 100% vegan, 100% lactose free.
We select meals based on the season and stock availability. Dishes may include Umami Bomb Bolognese, Moroccan Butternut Squash Tajine, Coconut Dhal, Vol-Au-Vegan, Indian Curry and Pumpkin & Pesto Grain Bowl, Neatloaf Burgers. If you would like us to include (or exclude!) a specific dish then please feel free to mention this in the order notes and we'll do our best to take this into account!

We deliver everywhere in Belgium, twice a week (on Wednesday and Saturday). Deliveries take place between 9:00 and 18:00. The meals are delivered frozen and should immediately be put into the freezer.
You should enter the new parents' address as the delivery address at checkout, and choose one of our available delivery dates. Please check the delivery date with the parents to make sure someone is able to receive the package.
On the day of delivery you will receive an email from our courier (DPD Fresh) with a one-hour delivery slot. You can then pass on this slot to the new parents to make sure they are ready to accept the package.

We recommend that during checkout you submit your own email but the phone number of the parents. That way, the order confirmation & shipping email will be sent to you (in order not to give away the surprise!), but our courier will be able to contact the parents on the day of delivery by phone.

Our meals are very space efficient. Our standard meal boxes (= a single portion) measures 11x9x6 cm. If the new parents have enough space in their freezer for about four-five frozen pizzas, it will fit the 5 meals + extras, and the 2 meals option will even take much less space!

Kraamkost is why Solid Stash exists.
Back in 2019, the idea to start preparing and freezing super-delicious, nutritious, homecooked (and: accidentally plantbased) meals came to me when two very good friends became pregnant, and I decided to deliver some of my personal stash of homemade freezer meals to my friends who'd just given birth.
When both new mums texted me the next day to say that "I don't care if I have to pay for them, but PLEASE can I order more of these meals from you? They. are. AMAZING!"
... I knew that I was onto something, and Solid Stash was born.
