Solid Stash is a Belgian food company that makes delicious, handmade frozen meals—100% plant-based and prepared with love in our own kitchen in Kortrijk. We cook just like you would at home (only in much bigger pots!), using fresh, whole ingredients and no artificial additives. Our meals are frozen at peak freshness and delivered straight to your door, so you always have a nourishing, tasty meal ready in minutes. Whether you’re a busy parent, a tired student, or just someone who wants to eat well without the hassle, Solid Stash is here to fill your freezer with joy.
Combos include seasonal dishes which change. If you crave a specific meal, add a note and we'll try to include or exclude specific dishes per your request.

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional freezer vans — so your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.


At checkout, you choose your preferred delivery date. After entering your zip code, you’ll see the available delivery days for your area. In most Belgian zip codes, we deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with daytime and evening slots available.


Daytime deliveries take place between 8:00 and 18:00. Evening deliveries run between 17:00 and 22:00. On the delivery day you’ll receive a message from our courier with a 1-hour time slot, so you know when to expect us. For daytime deliveries you will receive this slot in the morning, for evening deliveries you will receive the slot in the afternoon.


Meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately. Deliveries are never left unattended, so please make sure someone is available to accept your order.
