Cooking instructions

Instructions for preparation:

Simply place one frozen muffin on a little plate, and heat in microwave for 60 seconds (medium setting).

Alternatively:ย defrost in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or: leave to defrost in the fridge for a couple of hours/overnight.

Enjoy while warm or at room temperature.

These muffins are a little bit of magic. Moist inside, with a gentle crunch from walnut and coconut. Not too sweet, nicely spiced โ€“ and packed with good stuff like carrot, apple, flaxseed, ginger and cinnamon. A touch of brown sugar and plant-based butter ties it all together.

Theyโ€™re perfect as a quick bite on the go, tucked into a lunchbox, or served as a sweet treat with your weekend brunch or a cup of tea. Just pop one in the microwave for about a minute and enjoy a warm, fragrant pick-me-up.
