Kraamkost is where it all began
Back in 2019, I (Lily) started freezing nutritious, plant-based meals as a birth gift for two friends who had just become moms. Their enthusiastic response (“Can I order more?”) made me realise: this is our mission — to support parents and serve up tasty, plant-based meals. And just like that, Solid Stash was born!
