Founded by Lily Imschoot, a food-industry entrepreneur, Solid Stash started with her making vegan frozen meals as gifts for new parents. Demand grew so strong that she turned her passion into a full business, aiming to offer delicious, convenient meals for busy individuals and families.

Is there a minimum ordering amount?

For home delivery, our minimum order value is €59.50.There is no minimum order value for pickup at our atelier in Kortrijk.Frozen delivery is costly, so we apply a minimum order amount for delivery to help cover those expenses. Ordering more at once also helps reduce the environmental footprint of delivery — fewer trips mean fewer emissions per meal.

How does delivery work?

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional freezer vans — so your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.At checkout, you choose your preferred delivery date. After entering your zip code, you’ll see the available delivery days for your area. In most Belgian zip codes, we deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with daytime and evening slots available.Daytime deliveries take place between 8:00 and 18:00. Evening deliveries run between 17:00 and 22:00. On the delivery day you’ll receive a message from our courier with a 1-hour time slot, so you know when to expect us. For daytime deliveries you will receive this slot in the morning, for evening deliveries you will receive the slot in the afternoon.Meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately. Deliveries are never left unattended, so please make sure someone is available to accept your order.Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can also collect it at our atelier in Kortrijk.

Send a Digital Gift CardOur gift cards are delivered instantly by email, either to you or directly to the recipient. You can include a personal message, and they can use the card at checkout whenever it suits them. Ideal if you're not sure what dishes they’d prefer or want to give them full flexibility in selecting their own delivery date.🥘 2. Send Frozen Meals DirectlyYou can also order meals and have them delivered straight to someone’s home. Just enter their name, address, and contact info during checkout—and don’t forget to let them know to expect a frozen delivery! If you want to add a personal message, you can include it in the order notes. It will get printed on the packing slip which goes inside the shipping box.Both options are great for new parents, friends in need of a break, or anyone who deserves some wholesome, plant-based comfort food.

Box contains one frozen portion of our Pumpkin & Pesto Grain Bowl (approx. 450g) – a full meal for one person, or a generous festive side for 2 to 3. Just heat and enjoy – no extra side dish needed.

Cooking instructions

Preparation: heat in the microwave and stir every 2-3 minutes until piping hot throughout. (If you don't have a microwave, you can also prepare on the stovetop in a casserole dish with a few dashes of water, over medium heat, stirring often until piping hot throughout.)

Founder´s take

This Pumpkin & Pesto Grain Bowl is a warming hug in a bowl – with roasted butternut squash, caramelised red onions, toasted almonds and chewy-sweet cranberries. The punchy parsley-chive pesto ties it all together beautifully. It’s a hearty, filling meal that doesn’t need anything on the side. Perfect for lunch at work!

We developed this wintery grain bowl as a seasonal sister to our beloved Bulgur Bowl. The base is tender wheat berries – a grain with plenty of bite and great for your gut. Whether you enjoy it warm or at room temperature, it’s a deeply satisfying meal that’s easy to love.

It also makes an impressive festive side for your holiday table – colourful, flavourful and nourishing. From weeknight dinner to Christmas buffet, this one does it all.

🌶️ Pimping tips

Pimping tips (optional):

Give the dish a creamy risotto-feel by stirring through some (plantbased) cream, and grating some (vegan) parmesan on top
Use your Grain Bowl as stuffing for peppers / aubergines / courgettes and roast in the oven until soft.
Crumble over some (vegan) feta cheese
Add a poached / soft boiled / fried egg on top for a vegetarian alternative
Next-level oven dish: roll a few tablespoons of your Pesto Grain Bowl into blanched savoy cabbage leaves. Put on top of a simple tomato sauce in an oven dish, and roast in the oven for approx. 20 minutes at 180°C
Serve as a festive side dish with all your holiday season dinners!
... or simply drizzle with your very best extra virgin olive oil, a good grind of fresh black pepper and some sea salt flakes (like fleur de sel or Maldon sea salt), and maybe a little squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
