Tomatoes (62%; tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid), fresh yellow pepper (13%), homemade white giant beans (12%), fresh kale (4%), extra virgin olive oil, sugar, fresh garlic, sea salt, balsamic vinegar from Modena (contains sulphites; wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colour: caramel E150d), smoked paprika powder.

Cooking instructions

Simply take your packet of Solid Stash from the freezer, remove from packaging and place frozen into a casserole or microwave dish. Add 1-2 tbsp water & warm on stove (medium heat) / in microwave, often stirring carefully, until piping hot throughout (10-15 min).

Simply put: this. dish. is. GOOD. So savoury, comforting, and adaptable that we keep coming back to it.

The base is a deeply flavoured tomato compote with just the right hit of Spanish smoked paprika (not too much!), and a generous dose of garlic—because how else would you make it properly Spanish? Add plump butter beans for body, plus kale and yellow pepper for extra texture and nourishment.

Enjoy it with a chunk of crusty bread, or mix things up with patatas bravas, mashed potatoes, pita bread, couscous or bulgur. This dish is comfort food with serious flavour versatility.

🌶️ Pimping tips

Simply drizzle with your best extra virgin olive oil and serve. If you want to go all the way, drizzle with tahini, crumble some (vegan) feta on top, or serve with some fried (plant-based) halloumi.

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium using professional freezer vans—so your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.


During checkout, you'll always be asked to choose your preferred delivery date. Once you enter your zip code, you'll see the available delivery days for your area. In most Belgian zip codes, we deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays.


Deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. On the morning of your delivery, you'll receive a message from our courier with a 1-hour time slot, so you know when to expect us.


Our meals are transported in a non-insulated box and therefore need to be placed in the freezer immediately after delivery. Therefore, our courier will never leave deliveries unattended. Therefore, please make sure someone is available to accept the order.

Yes! Solid Stash makes a great gift—whether you want to surprise someone with delicious frozen meals or let them choose for themselves. You have two options:

Our gift cards are delivered instantly by email, either to you or directly to the recipient. You can include a personal message, and they can use the card at checkout whenever it suits them. Ideal if you're not sure what dishes they’d prefer or want to give them full flexibility in selecting their own delivery date.


🥘 2. Send Frozen Meals Directly

You can also order meals and have them delivered straight to someone’s home. Just enter their name, address, and contact info during checkout—and don’t forget to let them know to expect a frozen delivery! If you want to add a personal message, you can include it in the order notes. It will get printed on the packing slip which goes inside the shipping box.
