Who´s behind Solid Stash?

Founded by Lily Imschoot, a food-industry entrepreneur, Solid Stash started with her making vegan frozen meals as gifts for new parents. Demand grew so strong that she turned her passion into a full business, aiming to offer delicious, convenient meals for busy individuals and families.

Is there a minimum ordering amount?

For home delivery, our minimum order value is €59.50.There is no minimum order value for pickup at our atelier in Kortrijk.Frozen delivery is costly, so we apply a minimum order amount for delivery to help cover those expenses. Ordering more at once also helps reduce the environmental footprint of delivery — fewer trips mean fewer emissions per meal.

How does delivery work?

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional freezer vans — so your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.At checkout, you choose your preferred delivery date. After entering your zip code, you’ll see the available delivery days for your area. In most Belgian zip codes, we deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with daytime and evening slots available.Daytime deliveries take place between 8:00 and 18:00. Evening deliveries run between 17:00 and 22:00. On the delivery day you’ll receive a message from our courier with a 1-hour time slot, so you know when to expect us. For daytime deliveries you will receive this slot in the morning, for evening deliveries you will receive the slot in the afternoon.Meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately. Deliveries are never left unattended, so please make sure someone is available to accept your order.Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can also collect it at our atelier in Kortrijk.

Can I send Solid Stash as a gift?

Yes! Solid Stash makes a great gift—whether you want to surprise someone with delicious frozen meals or let them choose for themselves. You have two options:🎁 1. Send a Digital Gift CardOur gift cards are delivered instantly by email, either to you or directly to the recipient. You can include a personal message, and they can use the card at checkout whenever it suits them. Ideal if you're not sure what dishes they’d prefer or want to give them full flexibility in selecting their own delivery date.🥘 2. Send Frozen Meals DirectlyYou can also order meals and have them delivered straight to someone’s home. Just enter their name, address, and contact info during checkout—and don’t forget to let them know to expect a frozen delivery! If you want to add a personal message, you can include it in the order notes. It will get printed on the packing slip which goes inside the shipping box.Both options are great for new parents, friends in need of a break, or anyone who deserves some wholesome, plant-based comfort food.

What´s in the box

Box contains six frozen balls of deluxe chocolate chip & sea salt cookie dough. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. Enjoy warm.

Cooking instructions

Instructions for preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Put baking parchment on oven tray & take the amount of Solid Stash cookie dough balls that you want from the freezer
Place frozen dough balls on the baking parchment & make sure to leave at least 3-4 cm space between them.
Careful: do not put dough balls straight onto oven rack or they will melt through the metal wires and create a big molten mess!
Bake in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cookies’ edges are golden (& your house smells amazing).
Tip: every oven is different, so keep an eye on your cookies so they don't burn! We recommend starting to check your cookies after about 10 minutes of baking time.
Sprinkle with some extra flaky sea salt (optional).
Let cool for 5-10 minutes & dig in while the cookies are still gooey and warm
Or: leave to cool completely & store in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days
Tip: if you put a piece of plain bread (seriously) in the airtight container with your cookies, they stay fresher for longer!

Raw cookie dough is not fit for consumption: always bake your cookies according to instructions before digging in.

Craving dessert? These cookies are so ridiculously tasty we often get asked if they’re really vegan. And yes, they absolutely are. Packed to the brim with premium Belgian Callebaut chocolate and just the right touch of Maldon sea salt, they strike the perfect balance between sweet and savoury.

They’re incredibly easy to make at home. Just pop as many frozen dough balls as you like onto baking parchment and bake at 180°C. In 20–25 minutes, you’ll have freshly baked, gooey-on-the-inside cookies—and a house that smells like a boutique bakery.

Slightly crisp at the edges, soft in the middle, and loaded with rich chocolate, these cookies are vegan indulgence at its finest. Best enjoyed warm from the oven.
