Box contains approx. 600g of frozen corn ribs (about 10โ€“12 pieces) with chimichurri seasoning. To bake yourself. Great as an apรฉro snack or side dish for about four people.

Cooking instructions
  1. Add the chimichurri spice mix to a mixing bowl. Fill the empty spice jar ยพ full with vegetable oil and mix with the spices. Toss the frozen corn ribs in the oil mixture.
  2. Cooking options:
  • Option 1 โ€“ Oven: Place corn ribs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ยฐC for 12โ€“20 minutes until golden. Flip halfway.
  • Option 2 โ€“ BBQ: Grill on medium heat until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Option 3 โ€“ Air fryer: Cook for 10โ€“14 minutes at 200ยฐC (preheated), shaking halfway through.

  • Serve with some lime wedges or a simple yoghurt dip or guacamole.
  • Sprinkle some coarsely chopped, fresh green herbs (coriander, chives, parsley...) and/or finely sliced spring onions over your corn ribs before serving for extra flavour and colour contrast.
