Typical ingredients:

Carrot, celeriac, butternut squash, parsnip, filo pastry (wheat flour, corn starch, water, salt, preservative: potassium sorbat E202 (0,2%)), olive oil, sirope de Liege (concentrated juice of cooked fruits: 65% (pears, apples, dates), sugars: 35%, citric acid), dried apricots (sulphites), almonds, pine nuts, parsley, salt, lemon, garlic, spices (turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne), black pepper.

Cooking instructions

Instructions for preparation:

  • Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Remove packaging & put bastilla on an oven-proof tray, lined with baking parchment. 
  • Rub or brush some (olive) oil over the entire surface of the Bastilla.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven for 45-60 min, until the crust is golden and the filling is piping hot throughout.
  • Serve & eat immediately.

 

Founder´s take

Ba-stil-la. A name as beautiful as the dish itself. This bastilla is our plant-based tribute to the Moroccan classic Lily first tasted in Marrakesh over ten years ago. No pigeon or powdered sugar here—just a golden filo tart filled with caramelised root vegetables, sirope de Liège, and roasted nuts. Warm spices, a touch of lemon juice, and a sweet-savory harmony that hits just right.

Traditionally, bastilla blends sweet and savoury—something we’ve reimagined with vegan ingredients: a rich filling, sirope de Liège for sweetness, and a generous topping of toasted almonds and pine nuts for crunch and contrast. You don’t have to take our word for it—just try it.

Serve as a stunning centre piece for 2–3 people, paired with couscous, a fresh salad, or as part of a Middle Eastern-inspired feast.

We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional freezer vans — so your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.


At checkout, you choose your preferred delivery date. After entering your zip code, you’ll see the available delivery days for your area. In most Belgian zip codes, we deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with daytime and evening slots available.


Daytime deliveries take place between 8:00 and 18:00. Evening deliveries run between 17:00 and 22:00. On the delivery day you’ll receive a message from our courier with a 1-hour time slot, so you know when to expect us. For daytime deliveries you will receive this slot in the morning, for evening deliveries you will receive the slot in the afternoon.


Meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately. Deliveries are never left unattended, so please make sure someone is available to accept your order.

Yes! Solid Stash makes a great gift—whether you want to surprise someone with delicious frozen meals or let them choose for themselves. You have two options:


🎁 1. Send a Digital Gift Card

Our gift cards are delivered instantly by email, either to you or directly to the recipient. You can include a personal message, and they can use the card at checkout whenever it suits them. Ideal if you're not sure what dishes they’d prefer or want to give them full flexibility in selecting their own delivery date.


🥘 2. Send Frozen Meals Directly

You can also order meals and have them delivered straight to someone’s home. Just enter their name, address, and contact info during checkout—and don’t forget to let them know to expect a frozen delivery! If you want to add a personal message, you can include it in the order notes. It will get printed on the packing slip which goes inside the shipping box.


Both options are great for new parents, friends in need of a break, or anyone who deserves some wholesome, plant-based comfort food.

Yes, our minimum order is €59.50.


Frozen delivery is costly, so we need a minimum order value to cover those expenses. Ordering more at once also helps reduce the environmental footprint of delivery — fewer trips mean fewer emissions per meal.
