Indian Dinner Party Pack (for 2-3 people)

All dishes in the Indian-style party pack are pre-cooked and are delivered frozen. Side dishes are included, too. All you need to do is heat up the dishes and done!

One Indian Dinner Party Pack (for 2-3 people) for two contains:

• 4x spiced potato & sweet pea samosas + One pot of Tamarind chutney (50g)

Main
• 1 portion of Roasted aubergine & cauliflower curry
• 1 portion of Coconut Dhal with sweet potato & spinach
• 410g pilaf rice
• 5x flaky paratha flatbreads

One party pack contains a sharing starter, main dishes and side dishes to feed two-three people.

Of course you can also treat yourself, and enjoy the Party Pack solo. A number of dishes are individually packaged, and the others (which are packaged for two people) you can enjoy for up to 24 hours after taking them out of the freezer. Yay: leftovers party!

As is the case with all our products, we deliver the Indian Dinner Party Pack (for 2-3 people) to you frozen. That way you can order ahead and use it whenever you want!

In general, the Indian Dinner Party Pack (for 2-3 people) includes all you need to cook up an amazing feast: a sharing starter, sharing main and side dishes.

However, please note that the Indian Dinner Party Pack (for 2-3 people) does not include dessert nor drinks.

If there’s anything we recommend you provide that’s not included in your dinner party pack, then it’s a simple side salad of e.g. chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion, coriander and lime juice – and maybe even a little bowlful of your favourite unsweetened yogurt as an extra, cooling topping.

But that’s just a nice little extra – not a necessity!

We do home deliveries in alll of Belgium, baby :)

We also have pickup points in various locations, if that suits you better.

👌SPICED POTATO & SWEET PEA SAMOSAS! Crispy parcels of spiced, addictive goodness. Nice ‘n big ones: way bigger than our Ovenhapjes, in case you wondered 😉. Guaranteed to get your appetite going in a biiig way.

👌For dipping: a delicious, tangy-sweet TAMARIND CHUTNEY, homemade following a traditional, finger-licking Indian
recipe.

🍲The Main:
A colourful carrousel of vibrant, both familiar and new Indian-style Solid Stash dishes to share:

👌ROASTED AUBERGINE & CAULIFLOWER CURRY *FAN FAVOURITE*: this Solid Stash classic is bursting with deeply roasted aubergine and cauliflower, a rich, creamy tomato and coconut milk sauce, tonnes
of deeply aromatic spices, and has just a tad of warmth going through it.

👌COCONUT DHAL WITH SWEET POTATO & SPINACH *FAN FAVOURITE*: a creamy, dreamy hug in a bowl – packed with proteins as well thanks to those gorgeous red lentils that are at its base!

👌PILAF RICE: it’s rice, yeah, but taken to the next-next level. Think: buttery, fluffy rice that’s laced with deeply caramelised onions, comforting vegetable stock & a hint of earthy cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaf.
