We deliver our frozen meals throughout Belgium with professional freezer vans — so your food stays perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, without the need for insulated packaging.
At checkout, you choose your preferred delivery date. After entering your zip code, you’ll see the available delivery days for your area. In most Belgian zip codes, we deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with daytime and evening slots available.
Daytime deliveries take place between 8:00 and 18:00. Evening deliveries run between 17:00 and 22:00. On the delivery day you’ll receive a message from our courier with a 1-hour time slot, so you know when to expect us. For daytime deliveries you will receive this slot in the morning, for evening deliveries you will receive the slot in the afternoon.
Meals are transported in a non-insulated box and must be placed in the freezer immediately. Deliveries are never left unattended, so please make sure someone is available to accept your order.
