Say hello to our brand-new, nourishing, satisfying Middle Eastern-inspired meal salad, packed with delightfully satisfying pearl couscous, a tangy-savory sesame tahini dressing, freshly roasted veg, and a generous helping of flavour powerhouses like bright green parsley and dill, and a whole arsenal of warming spices.

To quote our very first taste tester:

P.S. This dish is amazing as part of a spread of summery barbecue or picnic dishes, but also makes a perfect meal all by itself. That means: everything your body needs is present in the dish — carbs (couscous), plant protein (beans and sesame), and loads of vitamins, fibre, minerals, and healthy fats (fresh veg, herbs, extra virgin olive oil, beans…). Perfect to pack for an easy lunch at work!

P.P.S. Summer doesn’t last forever, so we only made a ✨small, limited edition batch✨ of this seasonal beauty. Gone = gone!

Important information about this dish

Cooking instructions

Remove the frozen dish from its packaging and transfer it to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave (on high) and stir every 2–3 minutes until thoroughly heated.

OR: Take out of the freezer and let thaw in the fridge overnight / for 12 hours. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving (or warm briefly in the microwave) and serve at room temperature.

If desired, add a small splash of water to loosen the texture.

Enjoy!

Ensure it remains frozen and at a steady temperature during transport (which should be as short as possible), and utilise appropriate cooling kit for this. Once defrosted eat within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Consume within 6 months after preparation date.
